Unable to open osm administrator after successful installation.

Hi,
We have installed OSM 7.2.0.4 in windows environment.

We are unable to open OSM administrator even after successful installation of OSM. I have installed database client also. 

When i am trying to open the administrator it is throwing error saying provider can not be found. It may not not be installed properl.

Please help us in resolving the issue.
