Autoconfig fails with generating the dbc file [not populating the server ip in the server address co

Hi
Auto connfig is not populating the server address[ip ] and gets failed when generating the dbc file
when we manually  populate the update the column with the ip address then it succeed
and it is not registering  the  the node id for the coucrrent node adter running the sql from the FND_TOP/patch/115/sql then it gents registered
