Steps to configure GPnP and GNS for oracle 11gR2 RAC installation

Hello Gurus,
We have a requirement to setup Oracle 11gR2 RAC on OEL operating system. I have gone through Oracle Grid Infrastructure document but i do not understand clearly about GPnP and GNS setup. Could you please help me out how to setup these 11g new feature (GPnP and GNS) by sending steps to setup these two features!
