Error after full package build in PD environment

Hi, all.  My customer have successfully updated the ESU and built the full package in PY environment.  But somehow when doing this in PD, it came up with this below errors...

Can i know what can be the root cause of this ?

And I noticed the missing files are .h in \jdedwards\e900\planner\busobj\appinc\b0100087.h 

Can i just copy those missing files from other directories Eg, in PY subfolders where all those files are located.  Eg \JDEdwards\E900\PY900\PACKAGE\PY900FB\include

and re-run failed package build?   Btw, do i need to recreate the full package or reuse the failed package build after replaced those missing file ?
