Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Sales Order Alert

Hi,

We have one Sales order alert which generates as soon as order released from Credit Hold.

This alert is working for more than 200 customers, for only one customer it is not generating.

Is there any setup for customer for Alerts ?

How I can diagnose this problem ?
