Unable to Open rib-sim admin GUI

 Hello,
I am unable to open the rib-sim admin gui in 13.2.6. What could be the reason. I am able to access all other URL's(rib-func-artifact, rib-rms, rib-rpm).I am unable to find rib-sim.ear in this specific release. Is that causing the issue.

There is no data flow between the merchandising system and SIM. Where should one check regarding this problem? There is no data in mfqueue tables in RMS and there is no data in rib_message tables.But the data is not coming into SIM from RMS or Vice-Versa.

Kindly someone help me in this regard.
