Converting db from WE8ISO8859P1 to UTF-8

Hello,
Could you please share some idea or steps to convert a database from WE8ISO8859P1 to UTF-8 Character Set.

DB version is 11gr2
db size is 800 gb.

Also, appreciate if can let me know the risk involved in this conversion.
