EM Agent 12.1.0.2.0 consuming 100 procent processortime

Good day,

I'm haveing a issue with the EM Agent 12.1.0.2.0 consuming 100 procent cpu time.

Situation:
- Windows 2003 Server R2
- Windows patches applied
- EM Agent 12.1.0.2.0 installed and running
- Oracle Patches installed: 16479818, 14509490, 14075824, 13554949

Solution Oracle:
Was to apply the patch 16479818, but allas that didn't solve the problem
