S_ACT_ORG table

Hi,
We have to implement M:M relationship between Account and Activity on Siebel 8.1.1.7.
We wanted to use S_ACT_ORG table to support this relationship.
However, in the repository, S_ACT_ORG table has status as Not Used.

Can we use this table even with this status?
Does anyone see any possible issues in future because of this?
