Upload Budget API in R12.1.3

Hi,

I have not enabled the Require Budget Journal check box in the setups and due to this I am not getting the option to upload Journal and month wise amounts from the Budgets>>Enter>>Journals

 

Is there any API to upload the Budget Journals with Periodic amounts?
