Remittance field showing freeze

Hello Team,

Facing some serious issue in Oracle receivables here is the navigation

Setups > Receipts > Receipt Classes

When I'm going to add bank accounts the remittance field is showing freeze i think thats why i am not able to see my receipts in Cash management to clear the receipts
