opatch failed with error code 41

Hi I ran opatch 11.2.0.3.5 on W2K8
I've got thre following error.
All My ORacle services are stopped, and I try to identify locking processes by using process explorer.
The problem is that I'm not faster enough to kill the process (they restarted once I killed it).
Please help me
