How to upgrade DBs from 11.2.0.3.6 (2.6) to 11.2.0.3.7 (2.7) one by one?

Hello Folks,
Please correct me if I am wrong but it looks like OAK doesn't allow us to upgrade databases one by one within 11.2.0.3.x or 11.2.0.2.x version. The only way to do it is manually upgrade each database.

There comes the business justification for the requirements:
We have 10 databases running under one default 11.2.0.3.6 oracle home (OraDb11203_home1). The minimal granularity of the default update method "oakcli update -patch  2.7.0.0.0  --database" is an Oracle Home. That means that all 10 databases should be upgraded at the same time. Business & Development does have different schedules for different databases and could give us different maintenance windows for different dataabses.
