Oracle Upgrade query for Mobile Files Service from Ebiz- 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3

Hi,

 

We are planning to upgrade Oracle EBiz from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3, and Need to identify possibilities on managing Mobile Field Service upgrade.

Actually we have around 100+ Field service technicians who are using MFS Pocket PC, and Field service technicians will have to continue with the field service during Go-Live cut over time line.

 

After upgrade 11i MFS Pocket PC users will not be available to Sync the data with newly upgraded R12 system, then how to capture and Sync 11i MFS Pocket PC service and debrief data to make it available in the newly upgraded R12 system.

 

In a nutshell we want to achieve following:
