JDBC connection throws Intermittently IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connecti

 Hi,

I am getting this weird problem after upgrading my database from 10gR2 to 11gR2. My application have different flavors of connection creation method but specially all the using JDBC connections or JDBC connection pools. All the Application remains untouched but upgrade to 11gR2 has induced this issue. I am seeing no error in alert regarding max number of process or sessions. There are no errors seen in listener logs and i am not using sqlnet.ora as well.

Please give me some direction on where to look for the issue.
