OTL timesheet for a leaver/terminated employee

Employee has left organization. However, he's still showing on a missing timecards report (for week ending 11 August 2013). 

As per system it is showing that Employee assignment end date is 15-AUG-2013.  Because of this system must be showing missing timecards report for week ending 11 August 2013.


As employee already left. So I don't know how to get this corrected. Grateful if you let me know what to do to rectify the situation.
