12cR1 Flex ASM

Hi All,

Trying the new 12cR1 Flex ASM feature. Encountered error when trying to convert a normal ASM on RAC to Flex ASM with the below asmca command.

asmca -silent -convertToFlexASM -asmNetworks eth1/192.168.x.y -asmListenerPort 1521

and it returns:

ASM Credentials import operation failed on node <node1 hostname>.
 :failed

Unable to find info on Metalink as it is new hence I will need some help
