Merge 2 templates

Hi All,

I am new to BI Publisher template designing. I have couple of .rtf templates, i need to merge these two and make a single template. If i merge the 2 templates then the PDF is not getting generated and showing error. Can any one help me in merging these two. I am attaching the two templates and a sample .xml
