Difference between Intracompany Vs Intercompany setup in Ledger Level?

Difference between Intracompany Vs Intercompany setup in Ledger Level?

Both are validate the BSV while doing setup.  Where as our business have following scenario how to Map the same.

1. We have one Legal Entity which is registered company let say example Company A --  our BSV segment value is 100

2. We have Three Division each Division of the company defined as Operating Unit. Division A-- OU1 and Division B -- OU2 and Division C -- OU3

3. BSV value in COA is one 100 and Division Code in COA is 3.

Our business have transaction within LE between Division (OU) how to define this in Intracompany relationship.  When we define relationship we are getting error.
