EBS Tax on PO

Hi,
My scenario is of 12% Inclusive VAT..

If I receive my PO of amount 1200 (Inclusive of 12% VAT), and I enter 1200 on the PO line and select 12% inclusive VAT tax, will application calculate the exclusive amount itself? What will be the behavior of the application>
