Need to Pick Release and Ship Confirm from multiple Lots for a Single Sales order Line

Hello   

We need to Pick Release and Ship Confirm a Sales Order Line from multiple Lots in a Sub-inventory. In Sales Order > Shipping > Transactions > in the 'delivery' tab we have to mention the sub-inventory and Lot number. However in our case not a single lot is having 9000 qty. Can we mention multiple lots for the 9000 qty or Can we proceed with out mentioning 'lot' number so the system shall ship all the quantity from the available lots.? If yes is there some setup for the same
Kindly note the The Inventory Control type is Sub-inventory, Lot. The item is in Sub-inventory in different lots with each lot having around 100- 150 nos maximum. Due to some reason we cannot split the Sales order line.
