Misunderstanding in patch 6349338

Hi ,

We are on 11.5.10 11i.OPM_PF.L 

We are trying to apply patch 4563075 .

In the readme of this patch there is a patch sequence that should be followed before applying patch 4563075.

the patch seqencuence in our case and as per the readme file is as follows :

Family Pack I - L:
    Step 1: Apply patch 6349338
    Step 2: Apply patch 4939444
    Step 3: Apply Patch 6351946
    Step 4: Apply this patch.-------> 4563075

Then the first patch that should be applied is 6349338 since we are on Family Pack L .

But the readme of patch 6349338  says that is only applicable for OPM Family packs I , J , and K and it is for customers pre 11.5.10 and intending to upgrade to R12.
