Operation Dependency

What is the correct procedure to Add dependency between operations using Maintenance self service, i have try following steps.

for example, i  have create work order OP1 (1 hr) and OP2 (1 hr)  when i save work order system calculates work order schedule duration (1 hr)

OP2 is dependant on OP1 so scheduled time should be (2hr)

To add dependency we have to open work order  Select operation and add dependance, but problem is that i have to manually update the next operation time. why this is not automatically adjusted.

Another issue is that even after changing the start time of OP2, the over all schedule duration of work order does not update automatically and system gives an error. of bottom up scheduling.
