Create new policy in iExpenses

 I understand there are two types of policies in Internet Expenses
The rate policy includes:
1. Mileage
2. Per Diem

However, I have business requirements for other types of rate policies. How can I create them? Please note that I am not talking about policy schedules.. but policy itself.
