IRC Manage Communication, reply to workflow mailer

Hi

we are facing following issue:

We are using manage communication, where the recipient does receive an email apart from the notification. When the recipient replies to the email the reply to address is 'workflow mailer......' We want to have a default emailaddress so that the recruitment department receives the reply, and not the workflow owner.

Is this possible?
