OATM - Custom Schema CKL

 Folks,
Not sure if this is the correct community but I will start here. 
Details:
11.5.10.2
DB  - 9.2.0.8.0
Linux REL 5

I ran successfully ran the OATM migration utility which moved my custom schema (CKL) tables etc into the appropriate new OATM table spaces. Is this a good thing or should I move the custom tables into a custom table space?

What are the pro and cons of leaving it the way it is now?
