Unable to see worklist notifications

Hello Friends

We have a strange issue where one of the users is not receiving worklist notifications, I am able to see from workflow administration but these are not showing up in the worklist notifications of users login page

I ran synchronize wf local tables, Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation, workflow back ground process and also I deleted the employee name from the user record and selected again from the list of values but these are not showing up and this is happening only from today

We are in R12.1.2 and expecting PO approval notifications
