Open UI - Contacts Work Phone #

Hi!In the Open UI, I'm trying to create a Contact record, entering Last Name, First Name and a phone number "+123456" into the Work Phone# field. When saving a record I get an error message:

All Phone numbers should be in international format. Please enter '+' before Phone Number

I do not get this error in High Interactivity. Also phone number fields on Accounts works well in both HI & OUI.

I've also noticed that chaotic international codes are added to the contact phone number when listing Contacts records in the list applet. Phone numbers becomes like "+171+171+1713-937-6295".(open ui only also)
