Wrong IaaS default request name

Hello,
I'm using Self Service Portal for IaaS. When I request a VM the default request name looks like something like this: "SSA_USER - Tue Sep 03 21:15:10 GMT+04:00 2013". But if I'll leave this request name as it is I will get an error when clicking a button "Finish" in the end of configuration wizard:
Error occurred while submitting your request. Contact your System Administrator for help. : Request Name can only contain Alpha Numeric characters i.e. A-Za-z0-9_-:.#@ : oracle.sysman.emInternalSDK.vt.service.request.api.RequestMgmtException

So I should always rename request to make it work. I don't have this problem in DbaaS. Is there any chance to fix it? I'm using EM 12.1.0.3.
