Exchange rate for Return Order

 Hi,
We had case recently,

our customer ask ,, Can we make Return Order with exchange rate which we had applied to original sale order.

I mean, say one sale order completed today with X exchange rate ang after 15 days Exchange rate has been changed to Y and when we create Return order at this stage system has to consider exchange rate value as X.
