Qualifier for LCM Service

Hi

We are facing an issue whereby when we set a Qualifier context on LCM Advanced Pricing, charges do not get generated. But if we remove the Qualifier, LCM is getting generated. Anyone having set up doc for qualifier to be applied on LCM through Advanced Pricing.
