Related to Siebel EIM Merging Process

We have around 7000 records which need to be merged.

I loaded the data to EIM_EMPLOYEE table and also updated the records to be merged with proper merge id.

When I run the EIM process with below IFB file; I find that there are several blocks being created on DB side and also downgrading the app since these blocks wont allow other connections.

Got to know that parellel processing is being done, I have been using same batch # and processing all 7000 records at same time. Do you find any issue with this IFB, how do I make sure this IFB is modified so that  parellel processing is not done when I try to run a huge batch of around 7000 records. Suggestions would be appreciated. thanks!!
