Custom Dashboards - 9.11

Looking for documentation on creating advanced custom dashboards. I know Unifier is moving away from SAP Crystal Dashboards and going to other Oracle Technology. Was this implemented in Version 9.11? If so can someone link some documentation on what is used and how to start creating custom dashboards.
