Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cluster ASM targets are sometimes not found by Agent 12c.

What sort of prerequisites or configuration details are required to facilitate Cluster ASM discovery?

I am seeing discovery of all the ASM instances, but OEM is reporting many of them as down when they are actually up.
