RAC Database delete problem

I have a scenario where the RAC database is registered in CRS , but when i run dbca from one of the node, it doesn't show this database in the list of dbca console. There are other RAC databases running from same GRID_HOME and are visible in dbca but only this database is not visible. 
It was earlier in 10gR2 upgraded in past to 11gR1 and again upgraded finally to 11gR2(11.2.0.3 - current version). 

How can i integrate this database to dbca console so that i can delete it properly? I also noticed the SYSAUX tablespace is corrupt in this database but we are good to delete this database.
