Does OEMCC 12.1.0.2 Monitor ADF Business Components for Java

I have successfully added an Oracle Application Server target (and subtargets) to OEMCC 12c.  However, the ADF Business Components for Java target is not showing and was not added.
Does OEMCC 12c monitor
ADF Business Components for Java?
