Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to exclude incomplete requisitions from PSI commitmens R12

Hi,

R12 cust still use PSI for reporting, but they get incomplete requisitions to PSI in commitments,

how this can be excluded, I believe some view to requisitions must be changed.
