UserID not found in role relationship

Hi, Have you came across this situation where i go create new JDE user login but when come into role relationship,  the userID was not found but only machines name...
When i click the user torchlight, it won't display user list but only machine name...

Can i bypass role relationship as shown above screen shot for JDE user creation?
