When i try to access the external site web page its throughing an error

Error Page

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. Click here for exception details. with as above with the below Exception.


Exception Details. oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: FND_GENERIC_MESSAGE. Tokens: MESSAGE = java.lang.NullPointerException

Kindly let me know if any had faced this issue.
