Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Making Application level case insensitivity in Web/Thin Client - Siebel Open UI Version 8.2.2.2

Dear all,

we want to make a query to be case insensitive in Siebel. We are using Siebel Open UI Version 8.2.2.2.

Regarding to this guide http://www.siebelbank.com/2009/08/make-query-to-be-case-insensitive-in.html point 2, we followed it till this "set the Database Case Insensitive Flag to TRUE >>Finally Bounce the Server."

We didn't find the according parameter.
