GL_BALANCES_V not retreiving any data

Hi,

I am developing a report for which I need to make use of GL_BALANCES_V view which mostly suits the report requested,

but when I query in TOAD its not retreiving any data. Though I set org_context but no result.

The view uses the package GLR03300_PKG function might be due to that its not retrieving.

If anyone has encountered this scenario then please let me know.
