EAM and Inventory Organization question.

 Hello Experts, 

Can you please guide me on below scenario.

There are two organizations, M1 - manufacturing Org and EM1 maintenance Org.

For M1, in organization parameters I have populated EM1 as maintenance Org.

I created an item in M1 org as Asset Group and received a serial number AGAsset01 against it in M1 organization.

I ma able to See the Asset Number in AGAsset01 in EM1 organization, but when i try to create work orders, Asset number is not shown in the work order screen. I ma not able to create work order for AGAsset01 in EM1 org.

Please share your ideas on how to create work order with out Assigning it to M1 org. Is it possible?
