OHW Or OHJ For Oracle Forms 11g

HI All
We want to create  help manual documents for our oracle form based Application (build using 11g developer technologies) at the level of the screen.
(when user open a form and press the help button on toolbar the help for this screen will be appeared (as in Oracle EBS)) ,
I found tools from oracle for creating Help manuals (Oracle Help Technologies OHW & OHJ)

Which I can use for Oracle forms applications??
I think we can use OHW (Oracle Help fro web) because Oracle EBS r12 and below may use it, if this true is there any examples or demo or Document to how use these tools with Oracle forms???
