Difference between 11.5.9 and 11.5.10

Hi,

One of our customer is upgrading from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 so I want to know what all the differences in OM,INV,PO and related SCM modules of manufacturing what are the main features which were introduced as part of 11.5.10. Any important note refrence would be of much help. Pls. let me know.
