Quantity Shipped column in Internal Requisition Status Report is displaying multiple value

 Hi ,
Can some one please me on this issue .

Quantity Shipped column in Internal Requisition Status Report is displaying multiple value.

As shown in the attached output file of the report. The requisistion_number 701 id displaying two quantity_shipped values 1 and 200.

We checked from oracle application and that sales order has only 200 as quantity but the report is displaying multiple values.

Can some please help us on this issue.
