Check data validation signature id 135 reappears again after applying root cause and fix.

Hi, GuruRefer to the below thread link
Please help us on the below issue
1 - We submitted master GDF and the output file contains check data validation signature id 135 as attached file (AP_Data_Validation_Report_270813 Before).
2 - DBA has applied the root cause of this signature.
3 - DBA has run diagnose script then fix script (Patch : 14607602 , Built date : 13-Feb-2014) as attached files.
4 - We test issue and check data validation signature id 135 reappears again as attached file.
