Unable to import One View Reporting 9.1 -Zipfile is disappearing

Hi All,

I followed all steps of OVR 9.1 but I am unable to import zip file after selecting the zip file for import then click ok to generate but nothing is happening the file is disappearing after click ok.

anyone has idea what could be the problem.
