Dear All:

After 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 successfully upgrade.
User is testing Requisition Doc when he save the option then
 He is getting an error that

 "unexpected error occurred during tax calculation Expception:013
 .please correct the problem or contact system administrator.
 

 our environment is oracle apps R12.1.3
 os : Linux x86.
