Rman full backup failed with ora-03135 error

The database version is 11.2.0.2

We setup the rman to run full backup every day. The backup ran fine before.

Because we have some other issue, so in the oracle support recommend us to increase the parameter SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT=120.

Since the increase of the parameter and reboot the server, I found that some times rman full backup will have the following error while in the middle of the backup. How should I deal with this issue? Gurus, please advise. Thank you.
