Security Restriction in FA Book in R12.1.3

Hi,
I have a single FA Book which is accessed by 4 FA  Responsibilities of different Locations ( Location is one of the segment in GL Chart of Accounts- which is not a balancing segment)

How can I restrict the view and entry access of each location to it;s own so that each responsibility can see and do transaction for their location only?
